By using the Ouranoos website, documentation, Flutter app, or public cloud infrastructure, you agree to the following terms.

1. Platform usage

Ouranoos is open-source software provided under the MPL-2.0 License (see repository for exact license terms).

• Users and providers may use the app and integrations at their own risk.
• The Empoorio Foundation provides the software "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Compliance

Users and operators are responsible for ensuring their use of Ouranoos complies with local and international laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and applicable crypto-asset regulations for on-chain payments.

3. Decentralization

Ouranoos connects to decentralized providers and public blockchains. The Foundation does not control third-party nodes, cannot revert on-chain transactions, and cannot recover lost encryption keys.

4. Modifications

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
